Pacifico Restaurant is a dream come true to the owners of Quiero Cafe, Carlos Guzman and Alejandra Herrera; as an accomplishment to elevate the Latin Food in the southern Maine Area, influenced by their Chilean & Colombian heritage, hoping to represent the culture and flavors that our home regions offer.
